Saying what you actually want to say
Psychology confirms that there are very few people who actually say the thing what they have in mind.
Thing in our mind is first passed through a lossy function and then through a serializer (as we are saying). What we ought to do is to increase the performance of our serializer and decrease the loss percentage.

We generally have a problem with this because of the environment we spent our time in. We shape what we say so that the other person might not feel bad. We want to be the nice guy. And doing these things continuously increases the loss in loss function.
To increase the accuracy of it—
- Talk more with people and take feedback from them asking them to explain the thing you just said.
- Be direct and apply no masks on what you say! There is no truth but only opinion. This will prevent any damage to the loss function.
- Talk more with people and have some stories to say!
